Which countries do you help students apply to?

Universities all over the world. We publish in-depth, sourced guides for the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand and the USA because they are the countries students from Pakistan ask about most — but they are not a limit. We also guide students to countries across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, such as the Netherlands, France, Italy, Malaysia, Türkiye, China and the United Arab Emirates. We support students at every stage: high-school graduates (FSc / A-Levels) planning an undergraduate degree; bachelor's degree holders — BS, MBBS, Pharm-D, BSN, BE — seeking a master's; working professionals looking to upskill; and students returning to education after a study gap.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. Your first consultation and profile assessment are free. We talk through your background, goals and budget, and tell you honestly which destinations and routes fit your profile. Nothing is sold on that call.

Can you guarantee a visa or an admission?

Accepted Answer

No, and neither can anyone else. Admission decisions are made by universities and visa decisions by government officers applying rules that change. What we do is help you prepare a complete, accurate and well-evidenced application, and tell you plainly where a profile has weaknesses before you commit money.

Are you immigration lawyers?

Accepted Answer

No. We are a study-abroad consultancy and do not provide immigration legal advice. Where a matter needs a licensed practitioner — a previous refusal with a misrepresentation finding, for example, or a complex immigration history — we say so and point you to the right kind of adviser.

Question 8

How far ahead should I start?

Accepted Answer

Twelve months before your intended intake is comfortable; nine is workable; six is tight and closes options. The constraint is rarely the application itself — it is the funds that must be held for a period before applying, the English test date and the visa appointment, all of which need lead time you cannot buy back later.

Question 9

I have backlogs or a low percentage. Does that end it?

Accepted Answer

No, but it changes the strategy. Universities differ considerably in how they treat backlogs and grades, and the honest answer depends on how many, in which subjects and whether they were cleared. What does not work is leaving them out. Transcripts are verified, and a discrepancy is a far more serious problem than a backlog.

I have a study gap. How is that handled?

It is documented, not concealed. Work, family responsibility, illness, a failed attempt at something else — all of these are ordinary and none of them are disqualifying. What assessors react badly to is an unexplained absence in a timeline they are asked to trust. Many of the professionals we support are returning to study after several years of work.

Will you write my statement of purpose for me?

We help you write it; it stays yours. We work through your motivation, background and goals with you, review your drafts and help you tailor the statement to each programme. Universities and visa officers recognise a statement that is not in the applicant's own voice, so we keep it in yours.

What kinds of interviews do you prepare students for?

Accepted Answer

Three kinds: university admission interviews, credibility interviews that some visa routes include, and visa interviews — the United States in particular decides largely at an in-person interview. We prepare you for what is asked and what the interviewer is assessing, and run mock interviews with feedback before the real one.

Which English test should I take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your shortlist and your destination. Universities accept different combinations of IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT and Duolingo, and some visa routes impose their own constraint — Australia's Subclass 500 requires an in-person test, so at-home and remotely proctored results are not accepted. We advise on test choice before you book.

How much money must I show for the UK?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance is £1,483 per month in London and £1,136 per month outside London, for a maximum of nine months — £13,347 and £10,224 respectively. For applications made on or after 30 November 2026 those monthly figures rise to £1,570 and £1,203. The accommodation payment offset is capped at £1,529 for applications made on or after 11 November 2025. These figures were last verified in September 2026; confirm them on the UKCISA guidance before you act.

What are Canada's proof-of-funds and PAL requirements now?

For applications made on or after 1 September 2025, outside Quebec, you must show CAD $22,895 for a single applicant, $28,502 for two people or $35,040 for three — living costs only, with tuition and travel required in addition. The GIC minimum is CAD $20,635 outside Quebec and CAD $14,549 in Quebec. A provincial or territorial attestation letter is required for most applicants, but from 1 January 2026 master's and doctoral students at public designated learning institutions are exempt.

What replaced the Genuine Temporary Entrant test in Australia?

The Genuine Student requirement. Rather than asking primarily whether you intend to leave, it assesses whether you are a credible student: whether the course follows from your background, whether you understand what it contains and whether your account of it is coherent. It is assessed through structured written responses, which makes the narrative part of an Australian file heavier than in any other destination.

What do the US government fees actually come to?

The I-901 SEVIS fee is US$350 as of February 2026 and the DS-160 / MRV fee is US$185 — a minimum of US$535 in government fees before any institutional deposit, courier charge or travel cost. The sequence is: receive the I-20 from an SEVP-certified school, pay SEVIS, complete the DS-160, pay the MRV fee, then attend an in-person interview.

Do I really have to declare old social media accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All social media handles used in the past five years must be declared on the DS-160, including accounts you no longer use, and consulates may instruct applicants to set profiles to public for screening. An omitted handle is treated as a disclosure failure rather than an oversight, so we check this with you as part of US visa preparation.

Question 19

How much must go into a German blocked account?

Accepted Answer

For 2026 the blocked account requirement is €11,904, calculated as €992 per month across twelve months, and it must be opened, funded and confirmed before your visa appointment. The Opportunity Card and job-seeker visa require a higher figure of €13,092. EU and Schengen citizens are exempt from the blocked account requirement entirely.

Question 20

Why does Ireland want tuition paid before the visa decision?

Accepted Answer

The D Study Visa application must evidence that at least €6,000 has been paid toward tuition, or the institution's required minimum deposit where that is higher, in addition to showing €10,000 per academic year in living costs. It means real money leaves your account before a decision exists, so the sequencing of deposits has to be planned months ahead rather than improvised.

How long can I work in New Zealand after graduating?

Up to three years for Level 7 (bachelor's) qualifications and above. You must show NZD $5,000 in available funds and apply within three months of your student visa expiring — six months for doctoral graduates. From 16 November 2026 a new Short-Term Graduate Work Visa offers six months of open work rights for graduates who do not meet the Post-Study Work Visa criteria.

I have a previous refusal. Can you still help?

Usually, and the first thing we do is read the refusal notice rather than a summary of it. What matters is which ground was cited. A funds-period failure is a documentary problem with a documentary fix. A misrepresentation finding is a different matter, and one for a licensed practitioner. Concealing a previous refusal is never an option — it turns a recoverable file into an unrecoverable one.

How are fees discussed?

Fees and services are discussed openly during consultation. Your initial consultation and profile assessment are free; before any further work begins we explain what each service involves and what it costs, so there are no surprises later. Government fees, university deposits and test fees are paid by you directly to the party charging them.

What will the whole thing cost?

Accepted Answer

Three lines, and they are not equal. Tuition is set per programme and is quoted from your offer letter rather than from an average. Living costs have a published benchmark in every destination we work in, which we use as the planning floor — the figures are on each destination page with their sources. Government and process fees are fixed and knowable. We work through all three with you during consultation, in the destination's currency.

Question 25

What counts as proof of funds from Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Each destination publishes its own threshold and its own rules on whose account the money may sit in and for how long. In practice that means a Pakistani bank statement in your name or a sponsor's, sometimes a fixed instrument such as Canada's GIC or Germany's blocked account, and evidence that explains where the money came from. Thresholds must be evidenced in the destination currency — convert at your bank's current rate — and the exact figures are on each destination page with their government source.

What happens after my visa is granted?
